How would I resize a circle from .086" to .089" ?

Object properties limited to two decimals?
Hi,
I need to change a circle radius to three or four digits of precision, but the properties only allow 2 digits of precision. How can I do this?

Circle Diameter
I'd appreciate a Circle Diameter tool. Set center, then enter diameter. That way I don't need to calculate diameter / 2.
