Different Color Nodes in Polyline

Why is there one node that is a little darker shade of blue in a polyline?

I looked through the documentation but couldn't find anything about it.

Thanks,
Mike

QCad qcad-2.1.3.0-1-prof.linux.x86 Coring

I'm running QCad version qcad-2.1.3.0-1-prof.linux.x86 on a gentoo linux box. It is crashing regularly. Tends to happen when I'm selecting things. I've got it generating core files but since it's built without debug info the trace back is not very informative. What versions of libraries should I be ...

Got a new file. If I use the 'Draw Equidintant Polylines' tool on the rib and click on the outside of the rib 4 circles appear. If I click on the inside of the rib the circles do not appear. Here is the DXF file. http://www.periks.org:8081/~mikep/stab-25in-r12-2.dxf http://www.periks.org:8081/~mikep...

I have another question regarding block and it may be related to my file. If I don't have the 'stab-rib-top' layer visible and I select the block 'rib-1' and then click the 'edit block' button the entity is not visible. If I make the 'stab-rib-top' layer visible I can see the block entity for editin...

I've put the file up http://www.periks.org/~mikep/stab-25in-r12.dxf but they aren't there any more. Last night in an attempt to figure out the problem I closed the file and reloaded it and the circles where still there. I exited the program last night. This morning I loaded the file and they are gon...

Editing blocks Problem

Here are two images (hopefully)... Image one shows what the entity looks like in the block edit mode. http://www.periks.org:8081/~mikep/block_rib.jpg Image two shows what the entity looks like in the main window. http://www.periks.org:8081/~mikep/rib1.jpg Where are the two circles coming from? Mike

Allow Images

It would be nice to be able to upload images. You could limit the size so that you could see the problem the user is having.

Why can't a Spline be cut?

Is this a limitation of the community version?

Click on the 'Edit' button and then click on the 'Edit Entity Attributes' button. Select the items you want to move to another layer and then select the '->' arrow. A dialog should pop up which will let you change the layer of the selected items.

Maybe I didn't ask my question correctly or I'm not understanding your answer. From the quote under the community version it seems like after a period of time a community release will be done after a "Professional" release has been made. I guess my question should have been why hasn't a 2.1 version ...

QCad Community Version

Under the Community version download section the statement, "Sources are usually released some time after the professional editions" is made. The commercial version is at 2.1.2.8 and the community version is at 2.0.5.0. Version 2.1 was released about 1 1/2 years ago. At what point is "some time" tim...
