I have been using QCAD for about a week. Overall I am impressed by the product. I am about half way through the manual.. (I used Autodesk products for 35 yrs).
Question: Is there a way to rotate the Coordinate System? (similar to AutoCAD UCS command)

opps... not there yet. QCad Pro loads and works. It stays open indefinitely. There is no box on display that tells me I am running a trial version. However when I try to SAVE or SAVE AS the program shuts down with no message after about 5 seconds.

When I purchased QCAD I also paid for the Pro Version, the handbook PDF and the Thumb drive w/ pro-version.
I have the free version running.

I was an Autodesk professional for 35 years (AutoCAD, Mechanical, Revit, Inventor). In the early years I did a lot of LISP / DCL programing under AutoCAD. Now I no longer have access to the programs, so here I am.
